The Starter Zoom is an introductory session designed to explain a problem many athletes never realize they have: low stress capacity. Most athletes train their skills, but very few train how their body responds to pressure.
When stress rises, breathing changes, tension increases, and focus becomes harder to maintain. As a result, athletes can lose access to the abilities they have worked hard to develop.
This session introduces the concept of stress capacity and explains how breathing and recovery influence performance under pressure. Participants leave with a simple understanding of what is happening in their body during stressful moments and what needs to be trained to stay composed and perform more consistently.
Key Takeaways:

-
The Science of Stress: Understand why your body "locks up" in big moments.

-
CO2 Baseline: A clear picture of your current physiological stress capacity.

-
The Blueprint: A simple framework to start training your composure immediately.
